Touls Beer

Blonde and amber color, in which there is an explosion of exotic aromas and flavors of hops with notes of pine and citrus enhanced with the technique of dry hopping. Everything is in perfect balance with the character of the malt giving body, yet remaining discreet. The pleasant bitterness stays for a while in the taste to be replaced with a mild sweetness in the aftertaste. Pairs very good with meat and spicy food. A beer for all year-round.

Stargazer features flower and acid notes along with toffee notes. The intense aromas, typical for an IPA, evoke peach, orange and tropical guava. A beer with depth and high alc. volume that balances perfectly thanks to its authenticity, offering a harmonic sum between malt and hops.

A Berliner Weisse beer, typical characteristic of this type id acidity, and aromas from fruits. Fermented with two different yeast strains with the addition of apricot and peach purée. A thirst quencher for the hot days. Pairs with blue cheese, fruit, mussels, and creamy sauces.

Soft, delicate and slightly fruity in taste with mild alcohol. Hops – noble varieties – exist to stimulate and complement the characteristics of malt rather than to emphasize their own characteristics. The bitterness due to the variety of hops is low. An all-day beer that is enjoyed solo but pairs almost with anything.
